Website Design Process
My process involves listening first. I offer a free consultation where we go through your business and what it represents to you and to your target audience.
- Please provide written text on your company, services offered, case studies/recent projects. The more detailed text the better. There will be a page dedicated to each service you provide. Any unique services you offer please write about. The more relevant and detailed text on the site the better. The aim is to build an impressive resource about your company and the services it offers.
- When writing the text think about what your clients are looking (Residential and Commercial). Even if it’s just a couple of paragraphs it gives me something to work with. Answer any questions the customer may have.
- Remember a website can grow over time, further services/case studies and pages can be added later (great for SEO). This is a service (website updates) I provide for many of my clients. I charge between €60 – €80 per page depending on content and what’s provided. System software can also be updated at the same time. This is ideal.
Also provide any photography you have, especially of past projects. Unique quality photography is far beter than stock photography.
- You can view the site as it’s built and give ongoing feedback. The site can be altered and updated on the fly as it’s built.
